Contest Rules

Napera Networks provides a network test on its Web site to help visitors determine if their network is secure. Upon completion of the test, visitors are invited to fill out a short form and be entered into a drawing for a chance to win an Apple iPod nano.

Contest Rules and Regulations

1.	No entry fee, payment, or purchase is required.
2.	Must be 18 years or older to enter and be eligible to win the prize.
3.	Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
4.	Only one entry per person and per email address. Each registration will count as one entry.
5.	Napera Networks reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason.
6.	Odds of winning depend upon the number of qualified entries received.
7.	Entrants must complete the Napera Network Test and submit a completed form with name, title, company, country, and email address to be eligible to win.
8.	A random drawing will be held each Friday starting September 19, 2008, through October 31, 2008, from all users who have completed the Napera Network Test and submitted a completed form during the previous seven days.
9.	The winner will be notified by email based on the email address provided in the submission form, and the winner’s name will be listed at http://www.napera.com/contest_napera.html for 90 days from the time of the drawing.
10.	Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Winner is responsible for all taxes and local regulations.
11.	Winner must meet eligibility requirements as determined by Napera Networks.
12.	Napera Networks’ employees, principals, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
13.	Entrants agree that Napera Networks, its partners, participating sponsors, their affiliates, officers, directors, agents and their employees shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries.
14.	By taking the Napera Network Test and submitting the form, entrants accept these rules and agree to be bound by the results of the prize drawing. All decisions made by Napera Networks are final.
15.	Apple iPod nano model is subject to availability and may differ from photos shown on the Web site or in promotional materials. The approximate retail value of the prize is US$200.00.
16.	In accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Napera Networks and its agents and employees from any liability arising from damages, injuries, or losses of any kind which may arise from the possession, use or misuse of the prize.
17.	Napera Networks reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time. If terminated, a notice will be posted at http://www.napera.com/contest_napera.html.
18.	Napera Networks respects the privacy of all entrants and will not share any entrant information or email lists with any third parties.
