Napera Support Services


Selected Napera security products include a one year subscription to our MyNapera.com support services.  MyNapera.com support services are specifically designed to help you get the most out of your Napera N24 and include:

  • Access to Napera Technical Support (8/5 coverage).
  • Hosted MyNapera.com logging, reporting, and management services.
  • Access to software updates.

Annual MyNapera.com renewal subscriptions may be purchased by contacting Napera Technical Support at 206.905.8474.

Scope of Napera Technical Support


Napera Technical Support is designed to remotely assist you with specific issues regarding the installation and on-going maintenance of your N24 and N24s security products. Napera Technical Support can help address specific technical issues during an installation, but is not designed to walk you through the entire installation process. If you need comprehensive installation assistance, you may opt for onsite installation services from your local authorized Napera partners or purchase remote installation services directly from Napera.  Please contact Napera Technical Support for more information.


Napera is committed to providing technical support and bug fixes for the current software release for Napera products. We also provide technical support for the software release immediately preceding the current version of software.

Napera Technical Support Hours

 
Your MyNapera.com subscription provides you with remote technical support based upon your core business hours.  Remote technical support is generally available from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday thru Friday in the local timezone. Napera Technical Support is closed during the following US national holidays.

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

MyNapera.com Premium Service
