To submit an incident to Napera Technical Support, you will need to provide the serial number of the unit for which you are requesting support. The serial number plate is located on the back of the Napera N24 appliance and is visible at the top of the Status Tab of the MyNapera.com management interface.
Response Times
We target a four business hour maximum response time for all incoming cases. If a technician is not immediately available to help you, a support administrator will create you a technical support incident, provide you with the incident number and queue your case for the first available technician. If your issue involves a down network or security breach, please inform the administrator when initially reporting the issue. We provide priority queuing for such issues.
